Why Melina?
Emerson(Current Owner)
As soon as I first saw Melina, I LOVED her. Her style,Her Class, and her look was a breath of fresh air to the WWE Divas divison. I liked when Melina would manage MNM but I LOVED when she wrestled. I would always get so exited before one of matches. It was always such a pleasure to see her in the ring. I was very happy when Melina got her first WWE Womens Championship title shot against Trish. I loved that match, but I was very upset that she lost it. When she first got drafted to Raw, I kind of thought she would be useless there, but boy, was I wrong!! Melina proved that she was the domiant Diva on Raw, and she showed more independance and her amazing wrestling skills shined. When Melina won her first Womens Championship belt, I was beyond happy! She had a very good run as WWE Womens Champion on Raw. My favorite point of Melina's WWE Career so far is when she turned babyface by her feud with Beth Phoenix. I "I Quit" match was (in my opinion) one of the greatest Diva matches ever in the WWE. After that, Melina was injured, but she returned a few months after that. I litterally SCREAMED when I heard her theme music on the night she returned. After that, she won the Womens Championship for a third time and she was drafted to Smackdown. Melina is already the top face on Smackdown, and I cant wait to see what the future tolds for her. Needless to say,I Love Melina, and she is one of my favorite female wrestlers of all time.

The first time I saw Melina on WWE TV I hated her, her screeching and constant interfering in matches annoyed me. But then I realised that's what I was supposed to do, I was supposed to hate Melina the WWE character. I read up about her on the internet and realised what a talented and beautiful person she was, nothing like her charcter on TV. I watched more and more of her on SmackDown and really began to become a fan of hers, the crowd hated her - she was excellent at her job.
Shortly after Melina was 'fired' from SmackDown and moved to RAW with Johnny Nitro, I opened a small fansite on her and my love for Melina Perez grew, we were seeing more and more of her as a character and her wrestling ability was finally getting shown to it's full potential. Melina's impact on the RAW audience was increasing and she really was giving the Women's divison more popularity, she quickly became the top heel of the divison and was getting pushed.

Melina Perez is an athletic woman with many assets. When she debuted on the WWE scene we didn't really know who she was.But as time progressed we seen a different side to Melina and then that is when our love for her really began. We didn't really get to see Melina in the ring until she appeared on the RAW brand.Sure she wrestled on SmackDown! but she didn't really shine until Raw.We got to see the agressive side to her as she was in the ring wrestling instead of being a cheerleader outside of the ring.

I really started to show intrest in Melina when she beat Mickie James for the WWE Womens Championship on Raw.That night she proved that she is a great wrestler and not just another piece of eye candy. After that i really started watching her in-ring ability and started to realize that she had talent and she was really a great wrestler. She is one of the main reasons the womens divison is so popular and love her or hate her it is hard to argue with. She worked the crowd over well even if they booed her she still entertained them from her very unique ring entrance to her incredible in-ring ability.

Another thing that caught my attention was the awesome feuds she had from Jillian Hall, Christy Hemme, Trish Stratus, Candice Michelle, Michelle McCool, Torrie Wilson and Mickie james she always seemed to find something new and top the other diva. She brought the feud alive and made a great story for us fans to watch and be entertained.

So since i had become such a devouted fan of Melina i decided i would make a website for her and really show my love for her.So here we are and Melina-P.Net is born and we will keep bringing you news on the "Most Dominant Diva in WWE" herself Melina Perez.
